Family rentals only.          No pets allowed.          Smoking OUTSIDE only.

Cottage is equipped for normal housekeeping.  The beds have pillows, mattress pads and bedspreads.  Please leave house clean and furniture arranged as upon arrival.  Dishes washed and trash placed in outside container rolled to street.  Washer and dryer in utility room. If any house linens are used please launder.  Outside shower for use after beach.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:

Bed lines: 2 queen beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, bunk bed (1 dbl & 1 twin) mattress.

Towels:  kitchen, bath and beach.

Paper products:  towels, napkins, plates, toilet paper.

Food items: all      (K-mart and grocery store within 1 mile, with regular prices).

PHONE:  The cottage phone is for local calls only (252-441-3947).  Long distance calls must be billed to your phone or credit card.  (Cell phone service is pretty good on the island)

MAINTENANCE and UPKEEP:        The cottage should be properly cleaned and in good working order upon your arrival.  If not please call either Jaglowski’s 757-483-8100 or Didden’s 804-744-4898.

DEPARTURE:       The cottage is to be left vacuumed and clean for the next guests (vacuum is in bunk room closet and cleaning supplies in each bathroom).  Should any damage occur during your stay, all tenants agree to reimburse us for necessary repair or replacement.

RESERVATIONS:              A $100 security deposit is required for a reservation.  Rent due 2 weeks before check-in date.  Deposit will be by mail less any monies required to repair damages by you or guests.

Week runs from 2p.m. Sunday to 12 noon Sunday
